Job Description
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support in both Security and Facility service.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Efficient usage of communication skills to achieve sales target by phone, mails, visits, presentations, with an emphasis on personal meetings.
- Identify potential customers, perform market research.
- Prepare commercial and technical offers
- Prepare Tenders and contracts in liaison with concerned parties
- Assist in preparation of standard contracts and amendments
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication and negation skills
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a sales role (Preferred in security and facility)
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
