Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Presenting E-Wallets capabilities to potential customers and companies to increase wallet sales and market share.
  • Inform potential customers about features & benefits of using E-wallet as a financial product, ensure delivery of correctly filled application together with all necessary documents in a timely manner, to increase sales.
  • Train new and existing customers on E-Wallet features and common use cases, which will allow them to better use the wallet and ensure receive the maximum benefit out of it.
  • Decrease cost to serve mass segments and unbaked clients by serving their needs through E-Wallet, hence having an overall better profitability per client.
  • To submit accurate, complete, and timely reports regarding accomplishments and sales activities, to facilitate tracking sales targets achievement.
  • Achieve all given business target and KPIs by direct manager using all available resources to increase wallet sales and market share.
  • Mitigate risks by being aware of how to avoid the occurrence of misleading sales or fraudulent activities.

Job Requirements

Years Of ExperienceMaximum 3 YearsQualifications

Qualification & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 0 - 3 years of experience in banking/retail experience.

Skills

  • English communication and time management skills.
  • Verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Target oriented.
