Summary
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong skills, interests and capabilities in designing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design engagement. The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality UI solutions that work effectively across screen sizes, device types and multiple platforms driven by the user needs.
- Experience in designing UX/UI native mobile apps (Android and iOS)
- Gather insights from UX studies and researches to make well-informed design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Create prototypes that can be rapidly shared with our customers for user testing and take part in user testing.
- Create, harmonize and unify icons to prepare assets for the product-wide implementation
- Work with the UX Lead to implement the UX vision and develop our maturing UI system to build meaningful user experience for our customers.
- Work alongside the development team to ensure a high standard of UI is maintained across the products.
- Work with product managers and other relevant business owners throughout the product lifecycle from initial explorations to the final design.
- Continuously enhance knowledge and keep up with emerging trends in design.
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 6 years of experience in User Interface Design and/or Digital Design field
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, web standards, and usability standards.
- Impressive portfolio and/or past work or projects you've worked on.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch and Adobe Illustrator
- Collaborative team player that is happy to share ideas, take constructive feedback, and give support when required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high quality work within timelines.
- Have a strong understanding of responsive web design and development best practices.
- Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Excellent in English (spoken and written).
Big Plus / Preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in designing health-tech products.
- Experience in designing B2B products.
- Knowledge of CSS/HTML.
