Job Description
- Gather and arrange patient files.
- Make sure all medical records are protected and kept confidential.
- Supply the nursing and medical staff with the appropriate documents and forms.
- File all patients' medical records and information (Scanning of all files).
- Track the movement of files between the different departments and record the movement of files in a special recording system.
- Issue medical files to persons and departments according to laws and regulations.
- Help with departmental audits and investigations.
- Maintain quality and accuracy of records by following hospital procedures.
- Ensure patient files, paperwork and reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- File all patients’ medical records and information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must
- Good spoken and written English
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Team player, hard worker and good interpersonal skills
