Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct calls and face-to-face outdoor visits with customers daily
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repetitive customers
• Sell company’s products/services to customers within the given territories
• Educate customers on how to sell Jumia products/services
• Educate customers on how Jumia Force commissions works and how they can benefit financially
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts to be reported daily
• Monitor customers performance and offering help if needed
• Work on different zones with targets and KPIs basis
