Job Description
- Participate in follow up on the new branch opening plan.
- Responsible for receiving new branches.
- Responsible for communicating with design offices to Layout the branch.
- Responsible for Receiving the Layout from the design offices.
- Responsible for sending the layout to contractors, receiving the cost price for the required equipment, and choosing the best price.
- Responsible for following-up work inside the branches and make a weekly visit schedule.
- Responsible for making maintenance and renewal plan for branches annually.
- Responsible for following up on all work related to the department and send weekly reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture
- At least 8 years of experience in implementing sites (restaurants & Retail).
- Excellent in AutoCAD program.
- Well experienced in turnkey project
