Job Description
- Ensure all the administrative and HR activities of the office are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Design and execute human resources policies and procedures
- Monitor daily attendance and submit periodical attendance reports.
- Maintain human recourses records by recording new hires, termination, any changing in job classification, sick leaves.
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records
- Updating internal HR databases
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assisting in recruitment processes
- Conducting employee onboarding
- Oversees fingerprinting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience
- Very good command of the written and spoken English language
- Attention to detail
- Excellent multitasking and organizing skills
