Job Description

  • Ensure all the administrative and HR activities of the office are handled effectively and efficiently.
  • Design and execute human resources policies and procedures
  • Monitor daily attendance and submit periodical attendance reports.
  • Maintain human recourses records by recording new hires, termination, any changing in job classification, sick leaves.
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating internal HR databases
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assisting in recruitment processes
  • Conducting employee onboarding
  • Oversees fingerprinting

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Very good command of the written and spoken English language
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent multitasking and organizing skills
