Responsible for analyzing LM’s Systems / Services to gather Technical requirements for each, and collect needed Technical information to implement Monitoring for each requirement.
Responsible for preparing Monitoring Designs for the discovered Systems / Services that will be onboarded on our Monitoring Platform.
Provide technical guidance and assistance to customers.
Communicate and report issues, status, and results to management.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
Possess a learning agility and curiosity to proactively learn new technologies and apply these capabilities to solve different technical / business problems.
Ability to multitask on multiple projects and work with different teams.
Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develops effective responses or elevates issues to higher management.
Ability to lead initiatives and project teams.
Ability to work with SMEs on a daily basis to ensure project requests are accurate and timely.
In-depth awareness of the concepts and application of Service Assurance, Mobile and Fixed Performance Management, Customer Experience Management, ITSM and OSS Tools as MicroFocus BSM (BPM, RUM, OMi, Operations Orchestration and SiteScope, UCMDB, Diagnostics, NNMi), BMC /Remedy, Appdynamics, Dynatrace, predictive Analytics.
Having a solid background on these monitoring tools and their integrations, how requirements will be fulfilled by each tool.
