- Respond to customer queries regarding their travel requirements
- Book airlines, hotels, and all other travel products
- Prepare holiday packages and ability to tailor them
- Answer to phone calls and emails and social media inquiries
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Good Knowledge of the Airline Booking process
- Knowledge of Amadeus
- Excellent Communication skills
- Travel Product knowledge (Hotels, Destinations, Car rentals etc...)
- Problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude
- Language skills (English or French)
- Adaptability
