Ensuring the implementation of quality, food safety, and good manufacturing practices requirements within the production departments.
Reviewing and following up on the implementation of all plans of the various departments regarding quality and food safety.
Participates in the implementation of food safety training programs, to increase the awareness of workers in all departments.
Participates in preparing HACCP plans.
Participates in implementing periodic internal audit plans according to the requirements of ISO 22000, FSSC and ISO 9001
Ensuring the implementation of appropriate corrective actions and preventive measures according to the work plan.
Supervising the application of different standard methods for cleaning and sterilizing equipment.
Leading the pest control team to implement the pest control programs according to the set time schedules.
Participation in the implementation of periodic actions to be implemented in consumer protection programs such as: (preventive maintenance - periodic cleaning and sterilization of production lines – staff training programs …)
Participating in the investigation process of quality and food safety accidents, and ensuring that corrective and preventive measures are implemented.
Ensuring the implementation of quality assurance procedures (tracking, recalling products ...)
Commitment to apply the company's general policies for (security - safety – hygiene ...)

Bachelor of Science / Agriculture / Vet
2-5 years of experience (preferably in poultry feed/oil packing/food and beverage)
Holder of certificates of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC
Preferable to be from Sadat City or close areas
