Job Description
- Ensuring the implementation of quality, food safety, and good manufacturing practices requirements within the production departments.
- Reviewing and following up on the implementation of all plans of the various departments regarding quality and food safety.
- Participates in the implementation of food safety training programs, to increase the awareness of workers in all departments.
- Participates in preparing HACCP plans.
- Participates in implementing periodic internal audit plans according to the requirements of ISO 22000, FSSC and ISO 9001
- Ensuring the implementation of appropriate corrective actions and preventive measures according to the work plan.
- Supervising the application of different standard methods for cleaning and sterilizing equipment.
- Leading the pest control team to implement the pest control programs according to the set time schedules.
- Participation in the implementation of periodic actions to be implemented in consumer protection programs such as: (preventive maintenance - periodic cleaning and sterilization of production lines – staff training programs …)
- Participating in the investigation process of quality and food safety accidents, and ensuring that corrective and preventive measures are implemented.
- Ensuring the implementation of quality assurance procedures (tracking, recalling products ...)
- Commitment to apply the company's general policies for (security - safety – hygiene ...)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science / Agriculture / Vet
- 2-5 years of experience (preferably in poultry feed/oil packing/food and beverage)
- Holder of certificates of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC
- Preferable to be from Sadat City or close areas
