Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Implements QMS, quality policy, procedures, and plans as required.
- Plans and directs quality management activities for company facilities.
- Supervision of quality control and quality engineering staff.
- Coordination and communication of quality-related matters with other functions.
- Monitoring the analysis of performance by reviewing the gathered data and the developed statistical reports and charts, and comparing results to defined quality parameters.
- Following up on department goal achievements and key performance indicators while managing and providing support regarding subordinate’s issues arising.
- Plan, conduct, reporting and follow up internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Review feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
- Determining quality-related training requirements and providing training.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
- Preparing administration and technical systems reports.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years of Experience in Plastics Industry.
- QMSM Experience is a must
- Bachelor degree in science, chemistry department or equivalent
- Quality Management certification is a plus
