Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical sales support of Low Current & Security Systems, services & solutions and support sales representatives in the field or meeting.
  • Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
  • Provide guidance, direction and assistance in the resolution of customer issues, presales team and sales team.
  • Submit data and management report on time
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products-
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plan
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly-
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Meet with customers to discuss their company's relationship with them

Job Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience
  • Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Working knowledge in low current field in KSA is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office applications and English Language
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, sales oriented and result driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target
  • Proven sales track record in achieving results within the low-current industry.
  • Have sound business and technical knowledge. Candidates with existing contacts or established customer base will have added advantage
  • Ability to influence and persuade with great flexibility
  • High-energy personality with go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industry
