Job Description
- Drive product design from end-to-end to create distinctive visual digital solutions for bank's customers and employees
- Work within cross-functional Agile product teams, seek to create user experiences that facilitate the capture of business impact (e.g., customer loyalty, employee engagement, and productivity)
- Define the visual style and position relative to bank digital unit design guideline
- Design and deliver elegant and delightful visual experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams
- Explore solution space and refine concepts via wireframes and detailed high definition design
- Design and deliver product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams
- Actively collaborate with business/brand stakeholders throughout the design and development process
- Research, identify and articulate customer needs
- Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Journey Owner.
- Build prototypes and design tests to validate customer needs, requirements, and behaviors
- Help Product Leads and Journey Owners define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for digital products at bank digital unit
- Collaborate with other designers within and cross-team to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency and coherence across bank product
Job Requirements
- Must have a well rounded user-centered design portfolio that spans some combination of web, mobile, tablet, TV, and wearables
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
- Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent area
- Graphical and Visual design skills, including the use of a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Azure, or other tools for graphic design, visual design
- Required experience;
- 4+ years of experience as a digital designer
- High proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Suite and Sketch (preferably)
- Experience with designing quality consumer products in keeping with design trends
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
- Experience in rapid prototyping and rapid prototyping tools, such as InVision, Axure, Marvel, etc.
- Experience working in an Agile setting
