Job Description:
- Create and implement a corporate communications plan in alignment with corporate strategy and objectives
- Prepare and maintain annual corporate communications operations budget
- Manage internal and external corporate communications to include marketing collateral, press releases, editorials, company website content and graphics, and promotion of the organization's image
- Ensure development of marketing communications material for internal use, employees, corporate clients and partners
- Oversee the planning, management, and monitoring of the organization's corporate communications, marketing, advertising, research and corporate social responsibility activities and the supervision of all printing, publishing, on-line publishing, events and research activities
- Ensure synergy among different departments and LoBs in terms of corporate communications and marketing activities
- Oversee and participate in event management (industry conferences, road-shows, tradeshows, fairs, client events, company-sponsored events)
- Participate in other projects and perform other tasks as assigned.
- Create awareness and understanding of corporate strategy, mission, vision, etc.
- Supervise corporate visual identity by ensuring alignment of marketing collaterals with branding identity
- Manage CSR activities and initiatives to increase brand awareness
- Responsible for allocation of expenditures
- Collaborate with other teams on projects to raise Giza Systems profile
- Ensure that Giza Systems standards for communications are adhered to across the organization
- Manage and supervise the corporate communications team
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the team
- Collaborate and support different teams within the organization
- Drive positive culture and build positive relationships within team and stakeholders
- Provide opportunities for on the job training and staff development throughout the year
- Develop and maintain key relationships with different stakeholders
- Conduct orientation and awareness sessions on corporate communication
- Disseminate information on key elements and factors to enhance customer satisfaction and promote retention
- Manage corporate communications on social media platforms, intranet and website to raise Giza Systems’ profile and enhance customer awareness
