Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation
  • Issue pay slips
  • Receiving employees' complaints in relation to their monthly pays.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters.
  • Track employees' absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day attendance of the personnel.
  • Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary and manage vacations yearly settlements.
  • Check time sheets utilizing an electronic time and attendance software.
  • Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee, and keeping employees hiring documents completed
  • Processing all personnel actions forms and ensuring proper approval.
  • Handling labor office documents.
  • Receives the paperwork from the new joiners and supports them in finalizing all work-related documents, and update employee’s files.
  • Responsible for employment contracts for new employees, renewal contracts for existing employees.
  • Maintain proper relationship & communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
  • Make sure that all governmental employees’ records are up to date.
  • Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds….)
  • Follows up with managers regarding the expiry of the probation period and annual contract expiry for all employees to be finalized and takes the necessary action accordingly.
  • Processing new employees’ social insurance, termination, leave of absence, and other activities using appropriate forms.
  • Calculate settlements for current employees & end of service payments.
  • Ensure issuing all governmental monthly and periodical payments checks on time in coordination with the finance department.
  • Handle all resignation and termination procedures
  • Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
  • Works directly with HR Manager on all related items as (Salary structure, Annual increases, Etc...).

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, law or any related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Time and stress management skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office user.
  • Very good Oral & Written Communication Skills.
  • Very good knowledge of the English language.
  • Organizing, planning skills and detail-oriented.
  • Practical knowledge of administration.
  • Positive, responsible and hard worker.
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Egyptian labor related laws (Labor law, social & medical insurance laws).
  • Problem solver and have analytical skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and team building skills.
