Job Description:
- Gather, analyze and test business and technical needs while acting as second-line support.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze business and technical needs by working with end-users and technical groups.
- Act as 2nd level support for business solutions
- Act as part of the deployment, customization and testing of new solutions.
- Take ownership of system issues until fully resolved and tested.
- Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery to end customer.
- Produce testing scripts based on application functionalities.
- Drive the UAT process.
- Build solutions and POC’s based on customer and projects needs.
- Take ownership of projects’ delivery on time
- Act as a liaison between the business and the technical teams.
- Suggest solutions to the assigned project team as per the business requirement.
- Coordinate with all team members to help to share and transferring the knowledge within the team
- Support in building knowledge management system with the help of the other team members.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Business Applications and ERP Solutions (Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM).
- Experience with the Finance modules within Dynamics AX.
- Experience in Project Accounting module and SOP is a Plus.
- Knowledge of Business cycle.
- Knowledge of accounting and Financial Reporting.
- Knowledge of requirement gathering and testing.

Education:
