Increasing data literacy, usage of data in decision making in Gulf organisation
Proactively drive usage of key tools such as Compass as part of key business processes
Facilitating consolidation of insight for MPRs (monthly performance reviews)
Co-ordinating with all the markets / Agents at various levels in order to effectively collect data within the stipulated period.
Understanding and adapting the reporting system of various markets / agents and converting the same as per GSK requirements.
Creating various periodic and adhoc Management Reports based on internal and external data sources such as IQVIA/IMS
Managing market research activities
Access Level Management for new Sales Force into Cognos
Maintaining Training Manuals
Conducting trainings to help all levels of Sales team to procure their own Cognos data.
Procuring IMS/IQVIA data and making it available to the organisation
Driving competitiveness and competitive intelligence
Involvement in enhancing the Secondary Sales System from the business side.
Conducting analyses to support Trade (commercial scheme related) and Tender (opportunity assessment) operations

BA or BSc on Data management or engineering or Advanced Analytics, or Business Administration or Engineering
Strong Analytical Skills
Communication Skills (English Written and Oral Expertise)
Team player with customer service mindset
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (with knowledge on macros, IT/ BA Background preferred)
Thorough understanding of the industry and the diversified functional priorities
Knowledge on business intelligence and commercial analytics
Critical thinking and problem solving skills will be crucial to approach data / evidence based decision making to all commercial operations
