Job Description
- Ensure the Brand Heart is brought to life and consistently activated across all touchpoints to build long term brand equity.
- Develop winning Market Activation Annual Plans (MAPs) with key focus on consumer and in close collaboration with Expert, Com Ex teams. Output clear local activation programs to attain growth priorities in consumption and market shares.
- Accountable for accelerated share, sales and profit growth for assigned brand portfolio.
- Plan, manage and optimize Advertising & Promotion budget ensuring brand strategies are adequately supported.
- Drive innovation planning, sequencing, execution and tracking.
- Execute in-market new product launches with excellence, leveraging global best practices with local adaptation (where needed).
- Adapt and roll out global brand toolkits (materials, claims, copy) to drive consumer/customer connection.
- Conduct periodic brand performance tracking through retail audit, equity studies. Keep all stakeholder functions aligned and informed.
- Work seamlessly with Area Marketing to develop/localize/adapt consumer campaigns.
- Work seamlessly with Area Marketing, Local Regulatory and Medical to attain required approvals from local regulatory authorities i.e. SFDA.
- Activate brands across digital platforms through driving local digital insights.
- Model GSK values, expectations & attributes
- Accountable for Advertising and Promotion budget, GBP
Job Requirements
- achelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce
- At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG marketing
- High collaborative skills to work with Area and Category teams
- Comfortable working and leading team members with diverse cultures and experiences
