Job Description
- Deliver all tasks & projects to Account team within defined SLAs and Quality measurements
- Work closely with the Account team in building customers demonstrations
- Contribute to proof of concepts preparations & documentation
- Respond to RFI / RFP documents
- Deliver remote or onsite customer presentations
- Assist in leads Qualification, writing proposals & technical documentation
- Perform technical configuration requests & address/resolve architecture issues
- Create current state technical drawing diagrams
- Proactively address the technical solution required to fulfill customer requirements
- Help to capture, design & document business processes included in customer requirements
- Proactively work on business initiatives to enhance processes
Job Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- UNIX, SQL and Oracle Database Knowledge is preferred
- Security background is a plus
