Job Description

  • Provides Customer focused service desk ICT support to users at Sukari site and Cairo office
  • Assists in the administration of ICT end user computing and in the installation of hardware and software.
  • Ensures compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Supports the administration and reporting of IT assets and devices within the Company.
  • Facilitates and conducts ICT training as required.
  • Receives, responds and records requests for support and resolves to the level of experience and knowledge.
  • Procures, configures and maintains end user computing devices in line with established procedures.
  • Assists in the development of standards and procedures for end user computing devices.
  • Maintains a good understanding of the services/products provided by Perenti Group to ensure service desk activities meet business needs.
  • Contributes to the development and enhancement of an IT service catalogue.
  • Coordinates support activities conducted by external providers.
  • Contributes to and where required establishes and implements ICT data recovery plans to ensure business data recovery management and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • The location will be Sukari, Marsa Alam
  • Considerable knowledge and experience in provisioning ICT support including but not limited to end-user computing devices, applications, and software across a large environment.
  • Build effective relationships: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and
  • succinctly with a diverse range of people at all levels using verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
