Job Summary
- MV Product Management - Collects insight from back office regarding innovation and key technologies. Distills the technology and recommends to product marketing for market validation.
- MV Product Marketing - Collects insight from segment marketing regarding assigned segments and collects insight from sales and the marketplace for unassigned segments specifically focused on assigned product group gaps. Maintain detailed competitive analysis of assigned product group. Distills information and recommends to product management product roadmap changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops the MV product/solution strategy and plan collaboratively with key business partners.
- Develops the MV product/solution launch strategy and plan collaboratively with key business partners.
- Responsible for the profitability of the offer as well as price realization and mix management.
- Responsible for sales and market share growth of the offer.
- Accountable for implementing the actions around life cycle management.- Responsible for customer experience metrics.
- Responsible for the qualification of the MV products in the targeted markets
- Responsible for development & growth of key business partners
- Develops new partnerships with proper product selection and pricing. Build the business case with detailed feasibility study.
Job Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent- A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in Energy distribution, software applications, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers as it pertains to the Electrical industry- Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements- Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast paced deadline driven environment- Experience with Energy in different segments.- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting- Excellent commend of English- Professional user of Microsoft Office- Adhering to the principals & values- Learning & Researching- Adapting and responding to change
