Job Description
- Provide coordination support to the accounting team through communicating with vendors, internal customers and any other relevant party to support in the exchange of information and feedback required for the completion of accounting processes.
- Provide analytical support through analyzing data relating to vendors and service providers’ status and activities, and other data required to ensure the department and internal customers are well informed.
- Assist in handling invoices and accounting documents to ensure that they are forwarded to the right party for actions and approvals.
- Log accounting information accurately onto the system in order to maintain a high level of information quality and accuracy.
- Assist in departmental reporting through preparing reports on assigned activity status to ensure that the section/department management is abreast of progress and makes informed decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized university
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Retail Background is preferable.
- Understanding of accounting methodologies.
- Analytical thinking.
- Attention to details.
- Computer proficiency.
