Job Description
- Develop and maintain Preventive Maintenance Schedule program to ensure that the company fleet is operating in a good image & excellent conditions all the time.
- Prepare budgets and secure estimates and cost quotes as needed.
- Open & maintain registering files for the company vehicles that contains all the maintenance history for the vehicles and trucks, which helps the management, decide on each vehicle one by one.
- Supports and helps the Operations Director that the entire fleet operation is running according to the company policies & procedures & according to high standards. Ensure that all the operations employees are aware of all fleet policies and procedures and to ensure that they are adhered to.
- Ensure that all the vehicles are ready for the insurance process, ready to be licensed. Coordinate with the PRO and Finance to get the job done.
- Ensure full compliance to safety measurements of the company fleet. And ensure compliance with the emergency plan and follow the accidents handling procedures.
- Ensure 95% running vehicles, 5% off the road all the time to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Set measurable standards to determine the vehicles needed for each route.
- Prepare work schedules, assign work, and oversees the work product (while minimizing overtime and call-in hours).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (cars section) is a must خريج كلية هندسة قسم ميكانيكا سيارات.
- 3 years of experience in the same field and same position
- Very Good English Language
- Ability to prepare reports plans schedules
- Experience in leading teams
- Communication Skills
