The Role:
- Provides back office support of a payment provider
- Manages incoming customer data
- Manages and fulfills service requests from customers and other departments
- Manages multiple tasks simultaneously without supervision
Your responsibilities:
- To listen and respond to customer queries via e-mail
- To provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients’ requests
- To identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Create positive customer experience with each contact you handle
- Working Monday to Friday Business hours
