Job Description

The Role:

  • Provides back office support of a payment provider
  • Manages incoming customer data
  • Manages and fulfills service requests from customers and other departments
  • Manages multiple tasks simultaneously without supervision

Your responsibilities:

  • To listen and respond to customer queries via e-mail
  • To provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients’ requests
  • To identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Create positive customer experience with each contact you handle
  • Working Monday to Friday Business hours
