Job Description

  • Maintain and update sales and clients records.
  • Develop weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Provide secretarial assistance to Head of Sales, producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department.
  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 Yrs experience as a Sales administrator in Real-estate field.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Females only.
  • 6th of October and nearby locations residents.
  • A recent personal photo to be attached to CV.
