Job Description
- Prepare and Submit Software and professional services agreements as well keeping record of renewals.
- Prepare and submit commercial offers for clients.
- Follow the status of the proposals and keep regular tracker for the pipeline.
- F2F meetings with clients.
- Tenders and proposals submission.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Developer.
- Capable of Handling customer calls, absorb Anger.
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems is preferable.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- In-depth understanding of business development principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Representative and patient.
- Accuracy in figures is a Must.
- Customer Service oriented.
Education:
- Faculty of Commerce - Preferred English section or any relevant field.
- Preferred Universities: Ain Shams, Cairo, Helwan, AAST.
