Job Description
- Answer call/email received from customers and work to resolve their queries
- Handle money transactions with customers
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls/emails when necessary
- Adhere to defined procedures, standards and performance expectations
Job Requirements
- Fluency in the Italian Language (C1)
