Job Description
- Identify and assess customer's need to achieve increase customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tool
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Answering customers' questions on the products to describe SUD projects for customer
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Patient and friendly personality
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience 1:2 years preferred real state background
