Job Description
HR Admin
Facilitate processing of general HR Admin Inc payroll, offer letters, employee separations, general administration work received from and sent to all stores to ensure compliance with deadlines and company policies and procedures.
Payroll
Simulate SAP payroll for stores and check for discrepancies. Ensure timely payroll administration with a high degree of accuracy.
Rewards and Recognition
Manage approval notes to process all recommendations with regards to rewards and recognition (promotions/ salary adjustments/ bonus/increments). Responsible to complete the entire administrative process for increment and bonus. Liaise with Al Futtaim Group auditors on accuracy of detail and timely completion of all approvals
HRBP cover
In the absence of the HRBP, carry out duties entrusted and manage the flow of communication and the HR department effectively. To make timely decisions and sound judgments on specific HR incidents.
Manpower & Budget Planning
Preparation work on SAP to streamline employee master database and organizational charts – (Personnel Cost Planning on SAP)
Recruitment
Update the ‘Recruitment Status Report’ accordingly to ensure timely recruitment and maintain optimum staffing levels at each store.
Performance Management
To ensure smooth execution of performance appraisals with SMART objectives and clear accountabilities within specified time lines on SAP.
SAP Travel
To oversee the SAP travel system requests (claims and settlements) as per grade entitlements
GM Administration
Carry out all administration duties for the General Manager.
PR Department
Co-ordinate and follow up with the PR department for all labour/immigration issues related to the KSA stores.
