Job Description

  • Manage the implementation of the annual Division plan and ensure objectives achievement in line with established plans.
  • Provide direction to subordinates and support in the achievement of their job requirements through managing performance, motivation, provision of appraisals and other formal and informal feedback in order to ensure a positive work climate that maximizes subordinate and Division performance.
  • Develop and submit for approval the division budget ensuring that adequate provision made for all activities and maintain budgetary cost control within the division to achieve cost effectiveness.
  • Direct the process of managing relationships with direct and indirect sales channels and follow-up reports on the sales funnel development.
  • Direct the identification and development of a network of strategic customer contacts and opinion leaders relevant to the business area in order to build long lasting profitable relationships and promote THE COMPANY’s interests.
  • Ensure the review, short-listing and contracting of sales agents and follow up on sales agents’ targets and compensation, to ensure that the proper channel and incentives are in place to achieve sales objectives.
  • Ensure meeting sales targets within the targeted time-frame, to ensure alignment of actual sales to overall targets.
  • Ensure consistently providing market intelligence and propose ‘unique selling points’ for proposed project ideas in order to bridge the market knowledge gap.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management / Administration – sales focus

Minimum Experience:

  • 8-12 years of experience in real estate sales/rental experience, including quantitative aspects of pricing metrics.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent command over English
  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge in pricing strategies
