Job Description

  • Setting up the strategic Marketing Plan as well as the Strategic Sales forecasting and following up its progress during the year to achieve the highest results and the maximum profit.
  • Maintain and provide strength to brand position in the assigned marketing area.
  • Head development and execution process of ethnic and other main focused marketing plans to reach vital customer segments.
  • Identify specific marketing goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and supervise local competition.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions have been kept informed about marketing objectives.
  • Design advertising plan to communicate the company’s objectives and its unique aviation Services.
  • Create and manage marketing communication plan that covers all relevant marketing media & channels (ex. Outdoor, newspaper, online, exhibitions & events, radio, Social media & websites etc.
  • Identify new communication opportunities and implement them by employing print, design, PR, media and advertising agencies in translating marketing objectives of the academy services into creative communication material.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Manage, improve lead generation campaigns and measuring results through all marketing channels.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Meets 10 million annually targets for potatoes and palm trees sales.

Job Requirements

  • Females only.
  • Strong Experience with online marketing including social media and content marketing.
  • Accumulative marketing Experience not less than 4 years.
  • Solid knowledge in all the marketing activities (online and offline).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising is preferred.
  • Proven Experience as Marketing and Sales Manager will be very advantageous.
  • Familiar with Photo & video editing.
  • High Proficiency in both oral and written English.
  • Excellent Business writing skills.
  • Communication, Leadership, People Management, Detail-Oriented, Budgeting, Organized, Creative, Multi-Tasking.
  • The ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Able to develop in the department and work with a deadline.
  • Has a car is a must.
