Job Description
- A leading manufacturing and commercial group intend to employ a Marketing Manager in its headquarter office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The Marketing Manager should be responsible for developing and executing the promotion of our group’s brands. As a successful hire, she/he will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, conducting feasibility studies, market analysis reports, products development strategies as well as collaborating with the sales team to assure a continuous flow of data and projects data base.
- The selected candidate will also be tasked with developing budgets and expenditures, as well as R&D appropriations for the group.
- She/he is also responsible for exploring, analyzing and reporting the emerging market needs in terms of the evolving technological development, and fluctuating market trends within Saudi Arabia and other export markets.
- To be a successful hire, the selected candidate should demonstrate prior experience and success stories in previous roles in this domain, as well as online marketing and social media strategy.
- She/he should lead the marketing team efforts in existing and new product development activities to be on top of the market dynamics and updates.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is a must, master of business administration (MBA) with a marketing major is a plus. Moreover, At least 12 years of experience in a marketing role is a must.
- Prior experience in plastic pipes industry and thermal insulation products is a must, preferably she/he deals with a different spectrum of other plastic products.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Thermal Insulation Products. Preferably experience with Extruded Polystyrene (XPS), Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), and Polyurethane (PUR) and other related thermal insulation products and system house solutions.
- Arabian Gulf and/or Saudi Market is preferable.
- Have a strong marketing experience and outstanding data analysis skills
- Vast experience in marketing analysis, marketing intelligence and marketing content creation
- Previous experience in e-marketing and e-commerce activities
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills (presentations) and attention to detail
- Experienced and skilled proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
