Job Description
- Responsible for handling quotation of spares parts for ABB Analytical & Instrumentation products and system.
- Maintain the updated price list for spare parts from different ABB factories.
- Maintain all quotes file as per ISO requirements.
- Responsible for handling all spare parts order and preparing the purchase requisition.
- Coordinate with all ABB factories and ABB INOPC for ensuring timely preparation and submission of quote for the spares parts.
- Familiarization with all required Quote tools and FCM required for preparation of spare parts quotation.
- Follow up with all customer /Buyers for all active spare parts quotation.
- Meet the yearly Spare parts budget assigned for the financial year.
- You shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.
Job Requirements
- Ideally you'll hold Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation, with 5 to 10 years of experience in handling quotes/orders for the spare parts – preferably for ABB Analytical & Instrumentation products/systems or any other industrial equipment. Must be familiar with Micro soft office software like Word, Excel, Acrobat PDF etc.
- Fluent both in Arabic & English languages is required.
- NOTE: Qualified Saudi candidates will be given high preference.
