About the Job :
- Counsel clients on their various travel choices and explain the differences between available options.
- Maintain client relationships and solve problems to keep repeat clients happy.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, live chat or email.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Job Requirements
- Very good English.
- Customer service background.
- GDS Experience is A Must.
- Tourism background.
- Call Center Experience is Preferred.
- Fraud experience is Plus.
- Males only.
