Main Job Duties:
- Receive leads from marketing campaigns to contact them as well as clients’ data to offer the available renting services.
- Responsible for receiving units to tenants, its cleanliness and money collection from tenants.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate renting suggestions.
- Develop his/her own network by handling in/out bound calls and cooperate with individuals and corporate.
- Approaching own network by contacting targeted clients and following up with them.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in real estate field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Experience in real estate renting services is a plus.
- Very good English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly presentable.
