Job Description
- Prepare regular market scanning to understand the development directions and offer products in terms of pricing, sizing, facilities payment terms etc.;
- Prepare reviews for marketing campaigns;
- Prepare strategic market studies on development directions locally and internationally;
- Prepare opportunity identification studies in terms of feasibilities, product mix and sizing;
- Participate in negotiations on various types of land acquisitions and sharing models;
- Prepare consolidated financials for the development portfolio
Job Requirements
- The candidate should have a business and real estate development background with 10 to 15 years of experience in the field locally or from the GCC
