Job Description

The candidate for this position should be responsible for the following:

  • Developing strong relationships with key customers and accounts and being up to date with the trends and issues likely to affect the market.
  • Maintaining existing business and expanding the company position as a major supplier of thermal insulation products to the entire building insulation sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Developing and sustaining robust business relationships with customers and related business stakeholders.
  • Achieving established sales and profit goals while operating within the allocated expense budget are mission critical to your success.
  • Advising Senior Management on sales directions, competition, and market trends.
  • Driving improvements in the sales process and organization to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of team.
  • Analyzing sales statistics and determining sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
  • Developing thorough strategies that can tackle the new markets challenges and provide strong technical support to orient the production for up to date strategies that resonate with the industry changes in technology, trends as well as other related quality and environmental regulations.
  • Guiding the sales team and ensuring achievable enhanced revenues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Thermal Insulation Products. Preferably experience with Extruded Polystyrene (XPS), Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), and Polyurethane (PUR) and other related thermal insulation products and system house solutions.
  • Arabian Gulf and/or Saudi Market is preferable.
  • Maintaining existing business and expanding the company position as a major supplier of thermal insulation products to the entire building insulation sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Developing and sustaining robust business relationships with customers and industry professionals.
  • Achieving established sales and profit goals while operating within the allocated expense budget are mission critical to your success.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (presentations) and attention to detail
  • Experienced and skilled proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Knowledge of modern IT business tools
