Job Description

    • Daily management of office activities
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
    • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
    • Manage the cleaning, and security, while managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments.
    • Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of machines to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and also the legal requirements.
    • Managing internal environment to maintain healthy and encouraging workplace
    • Ensure fair usage of all office facilities among all employees.
    • Welcome, assist and direct visitors appropriately.
    • Make travel arrangements
    • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks
    • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail.
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
    • Handle insurance plans and service contracts
    • Any other duties related to the job nature.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
    • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
