Job Description
- Daily management of office activities
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Manage the cleaning, and security, while managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments.
- Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of machines to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and also the legal requirements.
- Managing internal environment to maintain healthy and encouraging workplace
- Ensure fair usage of all office facilities among all employees.
- Welcome, assist and direct visitors appropriately.
- Make travel arrangements
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts
- Any other duties related to the job nature.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
