Entertainment Specialist

Office responsibilities :

• Making creative proposals for the client's inquiries. (birthdays- schools, nurseries- activations – beach resorts)
• Promote our services among schools – beach resorts and compounds by paying visits and arrange meetings to attend with the marketing and sales director
• Creating and managing seasonal camps
• Hire and lead the animation team and game coaches on the ground every event
• Hire the helpers and manage the whole process of setup and dismantling
• Draw the layout of the events and create the activities checklist and setup sequence
• Attending meetings for presentations
• Tracking and visiting public and community events to come out with contacts of customers and suppliers
• Respond to social media messages regarding schools.BD, camps, and nursery
• Be updated with the new creative games (physical or digital) and lifestyle trends
• Make deal with any kids related NPO/NGO to give fund from our revenues
• Positioning the company as Entertainment/ Edutainment company not only events for kids

Event responsibilities:

• Help and cover the events operation manager in all logistics-related elements
• Make sure that all staff requirements are ready and in good quality
• Fabricate events layout design through suppliers and our warehouse
• Choosing the right uniform for the whole team, per each event
