Job Description
- Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Prepare presentation, proposals, and sales contracts
- Establish and maintain current clients and potential clients relationships
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
- Schedule meetings, make presentations and site visits.
- Achieve assigned sales target
- Search for new customers and update the database with new data and updating the existing one
- Handling customers demand
- Answer calls of clients and calls the expected clients to sell them the available units of the projects
Job Requirements
- Experience in brokerage from 2 to 4 years
- Market Knowledge (New Cairo – Sokhna – NorthCoast - New Capital-October )
- Must own a car
- Age (Max 35 Years)
- Gender: Both
- Working hours ( 11 Am --> 7 Pm )
- Microsoft Office experience
- Fluent or Very Good English is a MUST
