Job Description
- Meeting with clients and respond to client's mails within the acceptable first response targets.
- Define project Scope (Service, Deadline, Word count, Tools, and instructions)
- Control localization projects from beginning to end, by assigning, monitoring and follow up.
- Ensure timely issuance of client invoices and vendors purchase orders.
- Keep and record daily tasks log ensuring no project info is missing.
- Communicate with the Vendor Management team in regard to the client’s language service’s needs.
- Researching consumer markets and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
- Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Advanced MS office skills (Excel, outlook, etc.).
