Job Description
We’re looking for a 3D Artist with expertise in modeling and texturing
- Creates 3D model art assets relating to projects, i.e. structures, characters, props, tools, vehicles, environment, etc.
- Modifies existing art assets to meet performance standards based on platform
- Modifies third-party assets so they become usable in training modules
- Creates textures and materials for art assets
- Exports and combines 3D model meshes for performance optimizations
- Sets up or modifies character rigs for animations
- Uses Unity Engine to test 3D asset and animation exports
- Sets up environments within Unity for level design needs
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience creating high detail industrial/mechanical models using Autodesk 3DS Max and/or MAYA and Photoshop (or equivalent 3D and 2D programs)
Bonus Points
- Has animation experience
- Experience with creating VR or AR games or applications
- Understanding of human anatomy, form, shape, structure, and silhouette
- After Effects software experience.
