Job Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Guiding sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience & business targets
  • Arranging with marketing team the events attended.
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with new and existing vendors and present our services.
  • Follow up with the potential vendors and achieve vendor satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • E-Commerce experience is a must
  • Technical/Software background
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
