Job Description
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Guiding sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience & business targets
- Arranging with marketing team the events attended.
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with new and existing vendors and present our services.
- Follow up with the potential vendors and achieve vendor satisfaction.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop positive relationships with vendors.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- 1-2 years of experience
- E-Commerce experience is a must
- Technical/Software background
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
