Job Description
- Handling monthly employees' salaries (Attendance,overtime, annual balance, HR Letters....)
- Preparing monthly payroll sheet.
- Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
- Processing all personnel actions forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Handling labor office documents.
- Responsible for the day-to-day attendance of the personnel.
- Conducting all Social Insurance documents, such as Form 1, 9 and 6.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Time and stress management skills
- 3-5 years of experience .
- Excellent Microsoft Office user.
- Very good communication skills.
