Job Description

  • Handling monthly employees' salaries (Attendance,overtime, annual balance, HR Letters....)
  • Preparing monthly payroll sheet.
  • Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
  • Processing all personnel actions forms and ensuring proper approval.
  • Handling labor office documents.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day attendance of the personnel.
  • Conducting all Social Insurance documents, such as Form 1, 9 and 6.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Time and stress management skills
  • 3-5 years of experience .
  • Excellent Microsoft Office user.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Males Only
