Job Description
- Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
- Drive client retention, renewals, up-sells and client satisfaction
- Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience
- Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Generate New Sales Leads by Making different researches for new evolving sectors.
- Achieving target sales
- Review, evaluate and adjust if needed sales procedures and ways to achieve better results.
- Deliver necessary initial training needed for new hires for them to be qualified to carry out their responsibilities.
- Ensure sales plan implementation throughout the year and report the progress to the sales Manager.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction through after sales Follow up
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate sales preferably
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or relevant fields
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have a passion and demonstrated success working with startups
