Job Description

Job Scope:

  • The Personal Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to a high-profile family.
  • Handle matters related to family travels, bookings and governmental relations. This role also will include managing family calendar, appointments and meetings.

Key Duties:

  • Handle all administration associated with family vehicles including payment of insurance, registrations, inspections and maintenance
  • Make family travel arrangements including flight, hotel, passport processing, visas etc.
  • Arrange & make personal appointments as required.
  • Manage bill payments and insurance for all family properties.
  • Handle all family health insurance claims, appointments and reconciliation of payments.
  • Organize and schedule family calendar, meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate all household needs, repairs and any staff working in the home.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Personal Executive Assistant family or similar role.
  • Excellent user of MS Office and internet.
  • Excellent knowledge with flights & accommodation bookings.
  • English: Bilingual or native.
  • Arabic: Good command is preferable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Time-management.
