Job Scope:
- The Personal Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to a high-profile family.
- Handle matters related to family travels, bookings and governmental relations. This role also will include managing family calendar, appointments and meetings.
Key Duties:
- Handle all administration associated with family vehicles including payment of insurance, registrations, inspections and maintenance
- Make family travel arrangements including flight, hotel, passport processing, visas etc.
- Arrange & make personal appointments as required.
- Manage bill payments and insurance for all family properties.
- Handle all family health insurance claims, appointments and reconciliation of payments.
- Organize and schedule family calendar, meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate all household needs, repairs and any staff working in the home.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Personal Executive Assistant family or similar role.
- Excellent user of MS Office and internet.
- Excellent knowledge with flights & accommodation bookings.
- English: Bilingual or native.
- Arabic: Good command is preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills.
- Customer Service Oriented.
- Time-management.
