Job description
- Ability to Communicate and Build the Performance Management Framework in share it with HR Manager.
- Experience in Performance management system outcomes is a must
- Implement and monitor the Performance Management framework to enable employees and teams to understand of the goals of the company and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives
- Assist the managers in translating the performance objectives to individual goals and align efforts and outcomes
- Develop policies and procedures to support employee performance (for ex: performance review policy).
- Define &Monitor all activities related to the performance management cycle and manage all communication of the process to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business needs.
- Develop and Implement a succession-planning matrix.

- At least 3 years of success as performance responsible in corporate culture.
- Strong operational aptitude to understand the company performance criteria.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good command of the English Language (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to organize, coordinate, multi-task, and prioritize under pressure.
