Job Description
- Handling middle east customers.
- Answers incoming service calls to address customer needs.
- Sets service appointments with our customers.
- Responds to customer queries from internet leads.
- Alerts customers when we receive vehicle alerts regarding oil life, tire rotations, recalls, etc.
- Makes quality-check customer satisfaction calls to all service visits.
- Sets service appointment reminders and no-show calls and emails.
- Sends letters and emails to GM manifest lists.
