Job Description

  • Handling middle east customers.
  • Answers incoming service calls to address customer needs.
  • Sets service appointments with our customers.
  • Responds to customer queries from internet leads.
  • Alerts customers when we receive vehicle alerts regarding oil life, tire rotations, recalls, etc.
  • Makes quality-check customer satisfaction calls to all service visits.
  • Sets service appointment reminders and no-show calls and emails.
  • Sends letters and emails to GM manifest lists.
