Job Description
The Senior Manager - Roads & Highways is responsible for all roads and highways design activities. The jobholder is responsible to develop and promote the business, oversee delivery, enforce policies and procedures, ensure quality, manage cost, capacity and utilization within the Roads & Highways Section. The jobholder is also responsible to attract, develop and standardize roads and highways capabilities in Egypt. S/He shall stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the roads and highways space and represent the firm as a specialist in the professional engineering communities and international forums.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- PMP certification is preferred
- In depth knowledge and proven track record of roads and highways design
- Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
- 20+ years of industry experience in roads and highways design
- 20+ years of experience in the roads and highways engineering in a top tier regional / multinational engineering consultancy firm
- Significant industry experience within the Middle East
