Job Description
“We are looking for a talented business oriented Export Sales Supervisor, with the ability to develop business in the assigned area and support our Sales-Lead Generation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pro-actively sales funnel for area of sales responsibility to achieve growth targets and to mitigate impact of potential customer portfolio changes.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Add value to our business through demonstrated understanding of the market, competitors, customers, products and market opportunities.
- Develop the customer base and increase the profile of the business through networking activities, following up on leads, attending international conferences and exhibitions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of technical information and updates to our customer data base thorough marketing materials and periodic newsletters.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Job Requirements
- A university degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Science or related disciplines is preferred.
- Proven export experience (4-6 yrs.) in handling international markets; Knowledge of fertilizers is a plus.
- Residents in Giza, 6 October, west Cairo are preferred.
- Fluent communication skills in English, additional European languages would be a plus
- MS-Office (Word, Excel. PowerPoint) and Database experience at user level.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple short and long-term projects in order to meet deadlines
